Über die nächsten Monate werden auf dieser Seite Impulse von Künstler*innen veröffentlicht, die das Thema der eigenen Körper- und Arbeitspraktiken sowie der Wahrnehmungsgewohnheiten in Zeiten der Corona-Einschränkungen verhandeln.
Hier geht es zum Open Call:
Das Projekt ist eine Initiative von Tänzerin und Choreographin Verena Steiner und ist durch das Arbeitsstipendium der Stadt Wien MA7 gefördert. Mit dem Projekt soll ein Beitrag dazu geleistet werden, auf die Situation freischaffender Künstler*innen während der Pandemie aufmerksam zu machen und gleichzeitig in dieser besonderen Zeit des omnipräsenten Abstand-Haltens eine Möglichkeit der Verbindung und des gemeinsamen Austauschs geschaffen werden.

A chronicle of artistic practices during the corona pandemic
In the next months 30 artists will negotiate the topic of their own physical and work practices and perceptual habits in times of corona restrictions
The project is an initiative of dancer and choreographer Verena Steiner and is funded by the City of Vienna MA7 work grant. The aim of the project is to make a contribution to drawing attention to the situation of freelance artists during the pandemic and at the same time to create an opportunity for connection and mutual exchange in this special time of omnipresent keeping distance.
